4th of July Family BBQ with Tasty's Joint

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Marin Buzz (the “Sponsor”), PO Box 6747, San Rafael, CA 94903. Contact: info@marinbuzz.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, contractors, and directors of Sponsor, of the Tasty's Joint, and of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on June 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time and ends on Monday, June 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeper for this Giveaway. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit https://app.marinbuzz.com/giveaway-4th-of-july-bbq during the Entry Period and complete and submit the entry form with all required information. Limit: one (1) entry per person and per phone number. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are void.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of two (2) general-admission tickets to the 4th of July Family BBQ on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Eria Sausalito, 562 Bridgeway, Sausalito, CA 94965. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $80 USD ($40 per ticket). The prize has no cash equivalent; no cash or other substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. The prize is non-transferable. Any tax liability associated with the receipt or use of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about Tuesday, June 30, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached within forty-eight (48) hours, or fails to confirm acceptance of the prize, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

8. Ability to Attend

Entrants must affirm that they are able to attend the event on July 4, 2026 to be eligible to claim the prize. The prize is not redeemable for cash, future events, or any other consideration. Sponsor is not responsible for any costs the winner incurs in connection with attending the event, including but not limited to travel and parking.

9. No Affiliation

This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Marin Buzz. Marin Buzz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the venue, Eventbrite, or any other third party. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use the information you provide to administer the Giveaway and to contact you about it. If you separately opt in to Marin Buzz Insider Texts on the entry form, the SMS-specific consent on that form governs those messages.

11. Release

By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California. Void where prohibited by law.
